Anchorage—Tide and it's Takers—Triple—9%abv—18—Alaska
This is an unshored ale. Wild and Remote; there's a beer where the sea used to be. I believe there will be many takers for this tide. It begins with a soft and spicy floral nose. The brett notes are measured and reverberate around the lemon-cream-pie hops like ripples around a buoy in a beam sea. Wood notes drift and float by and bring a bit of vanilla toward the end but mostly the wood does the important work of softening the heat of a multi-phase fermentation that is three fathoms deep. Putting a snifter of this beer up to your lips is like putting a conch shell up to your ear. It has a lunar-pull that makes you reflexively go for the next sip.

Jolly Pumpkin—Clementina—Saison—5.8%abv—20—MICHIGAN
A bright and highly effervescent oak aged golden saison. Brewed with citrus peel, pink Himalayan salt, coriander and clementine juice. Citrus and bready wheat in the aroma, tart and refreshing with notes of citrus in the finish.

Jolly Pumpkin—Olas Espaciales—Saison—5.8%abv—18—MICHIGAN
A collaboration with friends at Jester King Brewery from Austin, Texas. A sour saison brewed with Lime Salt and Cherry Puree. A simple grain bill of Pilsner Malt and Raw Wheat. Brewed with Amarillo, Citra, Centennial, Hallertaur, and Simcoe hops, with lime salt added post boil in the whirlpool. Foeder aged for 6 ½ months and then transferred to another vessel that previously held La Roja du Kriek. Cherry Puree was added and then aged for another 3 months in wood barrels. Notes of bubble gum, citrus, and kiwi with assertive salinity and lingering cherry.

The Bruery Terreux—Beret—Wild Raspberry—9%abv—20—California
Beret is as artistic as those who wear its namesake cap.  Our brewers developed a silky, full-bodied wheat ale which we began fermenting with a Belgian-style witbier yeast strain.  To finish the fermentation, we added our collection of barnyard bacteria, intended to slowly sour the ale, bringing out a slight funk and refreshing piquancy.  Finally, a small dose of pureed raspberries were added for just a hint of fruity tannins, putting the berry in Beret.

Jolly Pumpkin—La Roja—Flander's Red—7.2%abv—18.5—MICHIGAN
La Roja, an artisan amber ale brewed in the Flanders tradition. Deep amber with earthy caramel, spice and sour fruit notes developed through natural barrel aging. Unfiltered, unpasteurized and blended from barrels ranging in age between two and ten months. Truly an ale of distinction.

Lindeman's—Oud Kriek Cuvee Rene—Lambic—7%abv—18—Belgium
Hazy ruby red in color with a delicate pinkish head. Beyond the strong aroma of fresh whole cherries lies brett defined barnyard aromas. This union of barnyard funk and cherry aromas promise an invitingly complex dryness to the drinker. As Oude Kriek opens up on the drinker's palate, the acidic tartness and sweetness of the cherries unfold into medley of flavors and textures including tartness from the cherries, notes of berry, anise, lemon peel, sherry, and chewiness from the presence of cherry skin left over from the addition of whole cherries during primary fermentation.

The Bruery Terreux—Rueuze—Gueuze—6%abv—22—California
Rueuze is our take on the traditional Belgian-style blend of lambics of different ages. We carefully select a number of oak barrels from our warehouse that have been aging our sour blonde ale for anywhere from several months to several years and blend the beers together to what we find to be the ideal flavor. This is one complex beer. Notes of hay, barnyard funk, apricots and olives play wonderfully with the balanced acidity.
