This is one gorgeous beer. Weyerbacher takes their Blithering Idiot Barleywine and ages it in whiskey barrels imparting additional levels of complexity by adding a combination of vanilla, oak and whiskey notes.

The traditional top fermented reddish-brown ale from the West-Flanders region of Belgium. A blend of 8 and 18 months old ales following careful maturation in oak casks. 100% natural and unpasteurized.

Odd Side Ales Zure Kers … 6% abv … MICHIGAN
A wheat ale fermented with three separate bacteria strains. Aged in oak for 6-12 months, then re-fermented with tart cherries for 4 months. This is the best wild ale we've had from Odd Side!

Une Année Ouais … 5.5% abv… Illinois
This unfruited 30% malted wheat beer is the base for several Une Année brews. Including the Le Seul series sours. Stainless steel fermented with wild yeast and bacteria. Nice and Tart throughout.
